Our company brings many years of combined building experience and we ensure successful, quality projects by working closely with our clients and a carefully chosen group of subcontractors and suppliers. Our experience enables us to guide clients through each phase of the building process and we welcome and encourage client participation at every step along the way. We pride ourselves on providing exemplary service and quality to each of our clients. Our staff will work with you on your project design, render them electronically to help you better visualize your creation before we get started. In addition, we'll assist in establishing a budget, putting together a construction schedule, understanding the permit process and working through the many design decisions to be made. These represent just a few of the key aspects of our collaboration with you, our client.
About the Owners
Kris Spaulding is a native of McLean County. He grew up in McLean, IL attended Olympia High School, Southern Illinois University and Illinois State University. Kris and his wife Susan have been married for over twenty-five years and they have three children. Susan also attended Illinois State University and works full-time for Kris as an office assistant and designer, using Chief Architect Premier for 3D renderings.

Kris has over 25 years of experience working as a general contractor in the construction industry. Kris has served on the Board of Directors for the McLean County Home Builder's Association, is a member of the McLean County Chamber of Commerce and has established a reputation as a quality remodeler and builder in his community. Kris is a recipient of the Preservation and Conservation Association Heritage Award for the restoration he did to the historic Princess Movie Theatre in LeRoy, Illinois.
