Design

We use 3D renderings of your remodel and new construction as part of the design process. We are here to help you choose materials, colors and supplies that will help create a space that maintains your personal style - one that is aesthetically pleasing and practical for your needs.

Remodeling

We are able to work closely with homeowners in every aspect of the remodel process from design, material selection and scheduling, until the project is complete. We are here to make your dreams a reality on any size project including the remodel of existing space or an addition.

New Construction

We build custom homes on the land that you love. We are able to help you design and build your dream home in Central Illinois and are here to walk with you through the entire process from start to finish. We now offer 3D renderings of your new home and work with you on material selection.

Painting

We now offer a full line of painting for your interior projects. A fresh coat of paint is one of the easiest ways to set the tone of your home or office space. Our master painter, Matt, has years of experience with painting and refinishing.

Our Project Development Process

Phone Call/Initial Visit

During the initial conversation we ask several questions as you discuss the needs and wants of your custom build or renovation. If we collectively believe that our company may be a good fit for your project, we will move forward with an initial visit where we will assess the existing structure and work to better understand your wants, needs, and priorities of the project.

Project Development

The next step is for us to enter into a Project Development Agreement. This phase confirms that you want to explore your project further with us in order to receive a firm, fixed-price proposal. It is during this phase that we build the scope of work, draw renderings of the space, and work with you on choosing the material finishes for the project space.

Proposal

After the renderings of the space are complete and the material finishes are chosen, we will use that information to put together a firm, comprehensive, fixed-price proposal with a detailed scope of work, specifications, general conditions and payment terms. If you are ready to accept the terms of the proposal, we will move your project in to the next phase, the construction process.
